Equo Capital was founded by Justin Reidy in 2022 after a long and successful career in real estate investment and development. Equo is Italian for equitable/fair and Equo Capital was founded on the principles of fairness and equitable investments and aims to deliver outstanding returns to investors and partners while adhering to the principles of Equo.
Equo Capital is seeking investments that can provide superior risk adjusted returns and investment partners looking to grow their wealth to achieve our investment outcomes.

Justin Reidy
Executive Director
Justin started Equo Capital in 2022 after
15 years working with Alceon as head of direct property in Queensland delivering in excess of $1 billion of project revenue. Justin has over 20 years experience in real estate investment and development, primarily focussed in South East Queensland. Justin’s expertise is in deal analysis, structuring, funding and transaction management.
Justin has been working in the investment market in Brisbane for 15 years helping investors to achieve their financial goals and grow their wealth through superior investment opportunities and decided to do this on a more boutique basis with a smaller group of investors/partners.
